Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days for standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping:

  • We currently ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Carriers:

  • We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure the best possible delivery service. Carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. StarLux is not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • StarLux is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
